Check the Fitment: This axle is designed for Solid Rear Axle (SRA) models. It will NOT fit "IRS" (Independent Rear Suspension) models with CV boots at the differential.

Moly Grease is Mandatory: Apply a liberal amount of Molybdenum Disulfide grease to the splines that enter the differential and the hub areas. This prevents the "metal-to-metal" galling that makes future removal impossible.

Protect the Seals: When sliding the axle through the differential, be extremely gentle to avoid slicing the inner oil seals. A nicked seal will cause gear oil to leak into your brake drum or onto the trail.

Dual Nut Security: This kit includes the necessary nuts. Ensure the inner nut is torqued to spec, and the outer lock nut is tightened against it to prevent backing off under heavy vibration.
